1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Fresh Clean Wave®️ services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Fresh Clean Wave®️ provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services including but not limited to:

Regular house cleaning

Deep cleaning services

Move-in/move-out cleaning

Commercial office cleaning

Post-construction cleaning

Specialized cleaning services

3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Program Name: Fresh Clean Wave®️ Cleaning Service Updates

Program Description: By opting in, you will receive appointment reminders, service updates, promotional offers, and cleaning-related tips via SMS.

Opt-Out Instructions: Text "STOP" to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially.

Important Disclaimers:

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

4. Booking and Scheduling

All cleaning appointments must be scheduled in advance

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made

We accept cash, check, and credit card payments

A service fee may apply for returned checks

Recurring services may be billed automatically with prior authorization

6. Access and Security

Client must provide safe and reasonable access to the premises

Client is responsible for securing valuables and personal items

We are not responsible for damage to items that are not properly secured

Client must provide any necessary access codes, keys, or garage door openers

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided

We maintain general liability insurance

We are not liable for damage to items that are in poor condition or improperly maintained

Client must report any damage within 24 hours of service completion

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to provide excellent service and customer satisfaction

Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion

We will make reasonable efforts to address legitimate concerns

Re-cleaning services may be provided at our discretion

9. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate service for:

Non-payment of fees

Unsafe working conditions

Abusive behavior toward our staff

Violation of these terms and conditions

10. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality of your personal information

Our staff are trained to maintain discretion regarding client's personal affairs

We will not disclose information about your home or business to third parties

11. Compliance with Laws

We operate in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws

We maintain proper licensing and insurance as required by law

We comply with industry standards and regulations

We adhere to fair employment practices

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, weather conditions, or government actions.

13. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which services are provided, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through:

Direct negotiation between the parties

Mediation if negotiation fails

Arbitration as a final resort

15. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
